Hybrid Training Membership
For members who want the structure of personal training with the energy of group classes, we offer Hybrid Training options. These memberships combine one or two private coaching sessions per week with unlimited access to our group classes.
Hybrid training provides:

This option is ideal for members who want accelerated progress while still training alongside the community they love.

Individualized Program Design (IPD)
For members who want personalized programming outside of private sessions, we offer Individualized Program Design (IPD). This service provides custom-written workouts tailored specifically to your goals, schedule, and training background.
IPD is ideal for members who:
- Want goal-specific programming
- Prefer structured guidance during open gym
- Train independently alongside classes
- Need customized progressions or modifications
Individualized Program Design is included at no additional cost when used alongside group classes or open gym, giving members access to expert coaching and personalized planning without added barriers.
