Youth Programs
Igniting strength, confidence, and resilience in every young athlete
35-55 Minutes
Sparks: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Volts: Monday - Friday
Program Description
At High Voltage Fitness, our youth programs are designed to help kids and teens grow into strong, confident, and resilient individuals—both inside and outside the gym. Using proven methods from CrossFit Kids and the Brand X Method, we provide age-appropriate, engaging training that meets young athletes where they are physically, emotionally, and socially.
Our mission goes beyond exercise. We focus on building strength, coordination, confidence, and healthy habits that support long-term physical and mental well-being. Through consistent, well-coached movement, participants improve balance, posture, bone density, injury resistance, and overall athletic ability—while developing a lifelong love of being active.
We are proud to be approved vendors with iLead Exploration and Compass Charter School, allowing eligible homeschool families to use educational funds toward our youth fitness programs. This makes High Voltage an ideal partner for families seeking structured, professional physical education as part of their child’s learning experience.
Whether a child is new to movement, active in sports, or looking for a positive outlet for energy and growth, our programs provide a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where every athlete can build confidence, resilience, and real-world strength that carries far beyond the gym.
Strength
Youths will develop movement patterns that will make them less likely to get injured in sports
Healthy Habits
Our classes help youths develop a lifelong love of health and fitness
Teamwork & Leadership
Group classes teach teamwork. Group/team workouts teach youths how to lead others through inspiration, communication and encouragement
Confidance
Youths develop self-accountability and confidence, which makes them less likely to suffer from anxiety and depression
Sparks (Ages 5–11)
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 3:50pm - 4:30pm
Sparks is our foundational youth program designed to introduce children to movement in a fun, supportive, and confidence-building environment.
At this age, the focus is not on competition or performance, rather it’s on learning how to move well and enjoy being active.
Classes emphasize:
- Running, jumping, climbing, and balancing
- Bodyweight strength and coordination
- Games that encourage teamwork and communication
- Listening skills, focus, and body awareness
Through playful, structured activities, kids develop strong movement habits, self-confidence, and a positive relationship with fitness. Every class is designed to feel welcoming and encouraging, helping children build resilience and independence while having fun.
Sparks lays the foundation for future athletic success and lifelong health by teaching kids that movement is something to look forward to and not something to fear.

Volts (Ages 12–17)
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 4:45 PM – 5:35 PM
Volts is our teen development program for athletes who are ready for more structured, intentional training.
As teens grow, their training needs evolve. Volts provides a safe, professionally coached environment where participants learn how to train responsibly, build strength, and understand their bodies.
Classes include:
- Functional strength training and conditioning
- Age-appropriate barbell and weightlifting instruction
- Speed, agility, and coordination work
- Mobility and injury-prevention training
- Goal setting and performance awareness
This program supports both student-athletes and non-athletes alike. Whether a teen is preparing for school sports, club competition, or simply wants to feel stronger and more confident, our Volts program provides the tools to succeed.
Beyond physical development, Volts helps teens build discipline, accountability, and self-belief with skills that transfer into academics, athletics, and everyday life.
Advanced Teen Training & Development Pathways
For teens who are motivated to take their training beyond group classes, High Voltage Fitness offers guided pathways for continued growth, performance, and confidence. Our coaches work closely with each athlete to ensure training remains safe, effective, and aligned with their individual goals, whether they are preparing for competitive sports or looking to build higher-level fitness skills.
Through personalized coaching and progressive training opportunities, motivated teens may also be invited to “graduate” into select adult classes to further advance their skills and experience higher-level programming. This structured pathway helps athletes develop strong fundamentals, discipline, and lifelong training habits—while prioritizing long-term health, injury prevention, and sustainable performance.
