Small Group Training at High Voltage Fitness offers the perfect balance between personalized coaching and community support. Limited to just four athletes per 8-week cycle, this semi-private program provides focused attention from your coach, customized training plans tailored to your goals, and the consistency of training with the same group across all 16 sessions.
Whether you're new to strength training or looking to level up your performance, our coaches meet you where you are and help you move better, build strength, and improve your overall fitness. Training in a small group means you’ll stay motivated, accountable, and supported every step of the way.

- Available MFW 5AM - 6AM & 11AM - 12PM
