Program Description

Starting something new shouldn’t feel overwhelming. Our Fitness Class is designed to be an approachable, empowering entry point into our training programs. This class is perfect for those new to group fitness, returning after time off, or looking to build strength and confidence at a sustainable pace.


Offered three evenings a week, this class takes the foundational elements of our Strength & Conditioning program and simplifies them into a format that prioritizes learning, movement quality, and steady progress. You’ll get focused coaching, supportive programming, and a welcoming environment that meets you where you’re at.
