Yoga Sculpt

Monday: 6:30 - 7:30

Yoga Sculpt at High Voltage Fitness blends the mindfulness of yoga with the intensity of strength training for a full-body workout that challenges both body and mind.


This dynamic class combines traditional yoga flows with resistance training, light weights, and cardio bursts to help build muscle, increase endurance, and boost flexibility—all in one session. Set to energizing music and led by motivating instructors, Yoga Sculpt is a high-energy, sweat-worthy experience that’s perfect for anyone looking to level up their practice and their fitness.

Stretch & Mobility

Tuesday: 6:30 - 7:30

Stretch & Mobility at High Voltage Fitness is designed with lifters and active bodies in mind. This recovery-focused class targets tight hips, shoulders, hamstrings, and other commonly restricted areas to help you move better, lift stronger, and stay injury-free.


Using a combination of dynamic mobility drills, deep stretching, and breath work, we’ll improve your range of motion and speed up recovery—without the need for traditional yoga poses. Whether you're sore from a tough week of training or looking to prevent burnout, this class is the perfect way to reset and recharge.

Aerial Yoga

Wednesday: 7:30 - 8:45

Aerial Yoga at High Voltage Fitness is a unique blend of strength, mobility, and mindfulness—all while suspended in the air. Using silk hammocks for support, this class helps you build core stability, decompress your spine, and explore movement in a way that’s both playful and restorative.


Whether you're brand new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, Aerial Yoga offers an empowering experience that improves flexibility, body awareness, and confidence. It’s accessible, beginner-friendly, and a whole lot of fun.


Please note: All new participants are required to complete our Aerial Yoga Safety & Foundations Workshop before attending regular classes. These workshops are offered monthly and ensure everyone feels confident and supported in the air.

Mat Pilates

Tuesday: 7:30 - 8:30

Mat Pilates at High Voltage Fitness is a low-impact, high-benefit class designed to strengthen your core, improve posture, and enhance overall body control.


Using just your bodyweight—and occasionally light props—this class focuses on intentional movement, alignment, and breath to help build stability from the inside out.


It’s an excellent complement to strength training or high-intensity workouts, and it’s accessible to all fitness levels. Whether you’re recovering, cross-training, or just looking to move with more control, Mat Pilates delivers results you can feel.
