Program Description

At High Voltage Fitness, our youth programs blend the best of CrossFit Kids and the Brand X Method to help kids and teens grow into strong, confident, and resilient individuals. Led by expert coaches, each session uses age-appropriate movements and equipment designed to meet kids where they’re at both physically and emotionally.


We believe one of the most powerful tools we can give our youth is strength: strength in their bodies, their minds, and their confidence. Our youth fitness programs are built around cultivating a lifelong love of movement and building the kind of strength that helps prevent injury and sets them up for long-term success. Regular physical activity during childhood into puberty is proven to improve mental health, strengthen bones and muscles, manage weight, and reduce the risk of chronic health conditions later in life.



We offer two age-specific tracks to meet kids where they’re at in their development.

Strength

Youths  will develop movement patterns that will make them less likely to get injured in sports

Teamwork & Leadership

Group classes teach teamwork. Group/team workouts teach youths how to lead others through inspiration, communication and encouragement

Youths develop self-accountability and confidence, which makes them less likely to suffer from anxiety and depression

Sparks (Ages 5–11)

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 3:50pm - 4:25pm

Our Sparks program, for ages 5–11, introduces foundational movement patterns through games, bodyweight exercises, and coordination drills. The focus is on building confidence, developing motor skills, and making fitness fun. 

Volts (Ages 12–17)

Monday - Friday   4:35 PM – 5:30 PM

Our Volts Program, for ages 12–17, is designed for teens who are ready to build strength and train with more structure. Classes incorporate functional fitness, age-appropriate lifting techniques, and physical literacy to help them move better, perform better, and stay safe.


This program is perfect for growing children whether they’re in sports or just staying active. No matter the age or experience level, our coaches provide a safe, inclusive environment where every kid can grow stronger both inside and out.
